Is there a real WinBeast app?

So when the WinBeast site says "Get the APP", it means "save this website to your phone". Useful, fine. Just not what most people picture.
The catch
Why do the WinBeast download pages look like Google Play?
The WinBeast download pages are styled as store listings, but they are pages on WinBeast's own domain. The Android one carries a Google Play badge, a 4.9 star rating, "40K reviews" and "45K+ downloads". The iPhone one wears App Store styling with its own 4.9 and a handful of glowing reviews. Those numbers live on WinBeast's page, not on Google's or Apple's. We cannot verify a single one of them, and you should read them as advertising copy.
Why no real store app? Both stores gate real-money casinos behind a licence. Apple's App Store Review Guideline 5.3.4 says real-money gaming apps "must have necessary licensing and permissions in the locations where the app is used" and must be geo-restricted to those places. Google Play's gambling policy only admits operators registered with the gambling authority in each country they serve. Draw your own conclusion; ours is that a borrowed Play badge on a page that is not Google Play is a poor look.
